Please tell us: the app version (Settings → App Information), your phone model, the chip marking, whether you use a clip or socket or a 1.8 V adapter, and at which step it stopped.

Common problems

The programmer is not found

Use a working OTG adapter or cable, then unplug and reconnect the CH341A. Allow USB access when Android asks. Some phones need OTG to be switched on in their settings.

The chip is not detected

Check the chip orientation (pin 1 to the dot), the clip or socket contact, and that the chip is powered only by the programmer. For chips on a board, removing the chip or holding the board without power often helps.

The chip is 1.8 V

Fit a 1.8 V adapter between the programmer and the chip, then confirm the adapter in Settings. The app blocks writing to 1.8 V chips until then.

Erase or write stops at "protected"

Some chips are write-protected. Keep Unprotect Protected Chips on in Settings, check the WP pin contact, and try again. If it still fails, share the report.

Verify failed

The data on the chip does not match the file. Improve the clip contact, keep the cable still, and run the operation again. Do not use the device until a verify passes.

The file is refused

The file is bigger than the chip or not a valid BIN / Intel HEX file. Make sure you have the firmware for this exact chip.

Data deletion

CH341A Mobile has no user accounts. The only personal data we receive is the name, email address and optional note you send with an error report.

1. Email support@khandishnetwork.net with the subject Data deletion.
2. Send it from the email address you used in the report, or write that address in the message.
3. We delete every report linked to that email address within 30 days and confirm by email.

Data on your phone (settings, saved chip backups) is deleted when you clear the app's storage or uninstall the app. Details: Privacy Policy.
